Orlando is an associate and his work has focused mainly on corporate law, finance, foreign investment, commercial and international contracts, real estate and public procurement.
He regularly assists companies in Angola in various business sectors and has participated in due diligence processes in his different areas of practice. In the last years he has accumulated relevant experience in the areas of labor and civil litigation and, more recently, in projects in the mining sector, with particular emphasis on regulatory and contractual issues and negotiation with supervisory entities.
He has a postgraduate degree in Labour Law from the University of Coimbra and is currently working on his Master's dissertation in the specialty of Civil Law at the University of Lisbon Law School.
