Amílcar Quinta

Amílcar is a consultant at RVA Advogados, with experience in negotiating and managing a wide range of contracts, as well as in analysing matters related to the telecommunications sector.

He holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Angola and a postgraduate qualification in Mining Law from the university’s Legal Research Centre (CID). He participates regularly in training programmes and academic initiatives in the areas of Mining Law, Oil & Gas and Natural Resources. In parallel, he is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Angola and a collaborator of the CID.

Before joining RVA Advogados, Amílcar served as Legal Counsel at Unitel, S.A., and completed his legal traineeship at Manuel Gonçalves & Associados.
